Little Killer Sudoku coloca pistas fora da grade junto com uma seta diagonal. A seta aponta para uma faixa diagonal de células, e a pista fornece a soma de todos os dígitos ao longo dessa diagonal. Diferente das gaiolas padrão do Killer Sudoku, os dígitos PODEM se repetir nas diagonais do Little Killer, desde que não violem as regras de linha/coluna/caixa.
